Basket Options

Dripper shape has a huge impact on the final flavours of your brew. Five Presets

From SCA Gold Cup standard coffee to cold brew, the Breville Precision Brewer has the perfect recipes down pat. Each of the five modes was carefully designed to deliver delicious results for Cold Brew, Gold Cup, Fast Brew, Over Ice, and Strong.

In Fast Brew mode, the Breville Precision can brew up to 600ml of coffee in under 3 minutes. Gold Cup mode brews according to SCA standards. You can also make effortless cold brews in Cold Brew mode -- just set your desired brewing time! Iced coffee in the summer months is just as easy to make with Over Ice mode. Are you in the mood for a stronger cup? Strong mode operates with a higher brewing temperature to give you coffee that packs a punch.

The beauty of manual brewing is in the ritual. In addition to the preset modes, the Breville Precision Brewer also lets you customise the brewing process down to the last detail. In My Brew mode, the Breville Precision Brewer lets you choose brew temperature, bloom time, brew time, and water flow with precision as if you were brewing by hand.
